 reports, 1d 21h agoDaily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. What to do you use to affix the newspaper on the canvas? Do you coat the newspaper with something before you paint on it?

I've been dropping by your gallery during this time, and I especially like the SPM series. Good work there.
Taking photos of paintings does kinda suck (as does very large inkwork, even worse in my experience), but I dont think the photo quality on this is bad at all. Nicely textured. It seems traditional paintings often have a tactile quality that is lost in all the smooth pixels. Nothing like seeing and maybe even touching a piece.
